Upon completion of the course we will send you certification as a Sri Lanka Travel Specialist, as well as a welcome gift pack full of details on the country as well as a sample of our delicious tea!
The course also contributes to 3 CPD points for ATP (Accredited Travel Proffesionals) who complete it.
The greatest reward however is a chance to be on our MegaFam next year ! All completed courses by UK based agents will be entered into a draw to be in with the chance to join us on our exciting trip next year.

Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the site is conditional with your compliance to the terms and conditions given below and all applicable legislation. 1. FAM trip places are available to UK Agents only who have direct influence/interactions with UK consumers i.e. Travel Agent / Tour Operator reservation staff selling to the consumer. Sri Lanka Tourism will have the final decision on participants of the FAM trip.
2. The discretion and approval of sales managers (if applicable) from the respective companies is required in order to travel on the FAM Trip.
3. FAM include flights, accomodation and guided tours of Sri Lanka. Extension of trip is not permitted, personal expenses at at the liability of the FAM particpant.
4. After completing the course, UK registrations will receive a certificate and welcome pack by post. Currently registrations outside of the UK will be emailed their certificate and details will be passed to Sri Lanka Tourism in the respective countries if applicable to provide further material.
5. Sri Lanka Tourism is in no way responsible for the content of sites to which there is a hypertext link from this site or other course on Destination Training

7. A Sri Lanka Travel Specialist enlists the participant with the basic knowledge of selling Sri Lanka completing the course and has been accredited with such status. Sri Lanka Tourism do not suggest an expertise in all aspects of destination marketing of Sri Lanka, and should not be held out to bind with Sri Lanka Tourism.
The agents shall also keep the Office fully indemnified against all costs, claims, demands and expenses incurred or received arising out of the services provided by the Agent and/or the Sri Lanka Specialist.
